eTranscripts

  • eTranscripts are here!  Surry County High School is making the college application process easier and cost free to current students. SCHS has teamed with Parchment to make the process easier for you and your student.  The new, online service allows students to request an official high school transcript and send it to the college of their choice with just a few clicks.

Students have been given their registration code for Parchment.com.  They will need to create a personal account, and you, parent/guardian, must give Parchment permission to send transcripts to colleges or universities.  You will be able to do this electronically by using the mouse or a stylus pen on your computer screen.

Parchment sends transcripts securely, accurately and confidentially to any college or university.  The best part is you can request your transcript anytime from anywhere.

Just follow these 3 easy steps to get started:
    1. Register for a free account at parchment.com/register
    2. Request your transcript
    3. Track your transcript https://www.parchment.com/u/auth/login

Also, Parchment is fully integrated with the Common Application. You can also use Parchment to send additional information electronically, including letters of recommendation.  Because it’s online, transcripts are processed much faster; SCHS https://www.parchment.com/u/auth/login can send it instantly, and the college or university receives it immediately.  You no longer have to wonder if your transcript was sent, or received by the college or university to which your child is applying.  Now, you can track it all online at your account on Parchment.com.

Current students that do not have a registration code must stop by the Counseling office to receive their code.  If you have a registration code click the logo below to get started.

Alumni can use Parchment.com to send your  SCHS electronically, securely and confidentially, to colleges, employers, and universities, all with real-time tracking as well.

To order your transcript, click on the logo. The first thing you’ll do is create an account, then you’ll place your order, and then you can track your order 24/7.  If you are not able to complete an account online, you are still welcomed to visit the Counseling Office in person to request a transcript.  The cost for alumni transcripts is $8.00 online or $5.00 in person.
