Welcome to Mrs. Trombley's Second Grade!

Hi! My name is Lisa Trombley. I am beginning my 20th year of teaching. I am a 2002 graduate from William and Mary with a BA in Elementary Education and History and a 2007 graduate from Virginia Tech with a MA in Education with an emphases in instructional technology. I reside in Surry County with my husband and two children. I am excited to be teaching 2nd grade this year!

Homework assignments will be given daily. (However not typically on the weekend)  The student is responsible for writing the work down in his/her agenda. In the beginning of the year I will work with all the students to help them learn how to copy assignments into his/her agenda. It is essential that your child complete his or her homework each night and come to school prepared for the day. Please feel free to contact me anytime with questions or concerns.
