JETPACK MIFI DEVICE CHECKOUT

Please CLICK HERE to check out a Jetpack Mifi device. Devices will be checked out to students and must be returned at the end of the year in good, working condition. If devices are damaged or not returned, students will be responsible for the cost of replacement.

Tech Support

SCPS has an excellent Technology Department that is available to assist students and families with issues with Chromebooks, laptops, and other electronic devices through virtual learning.

If you are experiencing trouble with your device, please contact your child's teacher. Be clear in your description of what is going wrong. Teachers will submit an tech ticket and then arrangements will be made to service your device.

Do not bring computers or devices to school without an appointment. A tech ticket must be submitted before repairs will be made.
