Welcome to the Surry County Public Schools (SCPS) Operations Department. Our department is committed to supporting the daily operations of our schools and ensuring students and staff have the resources, services, and facilities needed for a safe and successful learning environment.

The Operations Department oversees the procurement of supplies, materials, equipment, and contractual services required throughout the school division. We work collaboratively with schools, departments, vendors, and community partners to provide efficient, responsible, and dependable operational support.
