What is Class Dojo?
Class dojo is a free online platform as well as cell phone and tablet app that allows easy communication between the school and families. The messages feature allows the parents and guardians to directly communicate with the teacher and the teacher with the parents and guardians without a phone call or email. The school story allows for school wide events and information to be posted so all families and staff have the information. Some teachers use the points feature as a way to track behaviors in the classroom, if your child's teacher uses the points feature you will be able to see your child's points as well. Another feature is the built in translation! The messages and school story posts can automatically be translated so you will be kept in the loop! Stay up to date with our school wide communication platform!
How to get started using the app?
If you are new to ClassDojo:
Download the ClassDojo app for iPhone or Android.
Sign up as a parent.
Type your code to join the class. Please note the code will be given to you by your child's teacher
If you are already on ClassDojo:
Open the app and go to the “Kids” tab.
Tap “add code.”
Type your code to join the class. Please note the code will be given to you by your child's teacher

Class Dojo's Cost - FREE
Class dojo will always bee free to use for parents and teachers. You never have to pay to stay connected to our school or your child's teacher. There is an OPTIONAL paid subscription feature for families. This optional feature for families enables parents and guardians to use class dojo at home to award points to help their child(ren) complete tasks around the house. Again, this is a paid subscription service that is NOT REQUIRED. It is an additional feature class dojo offers to families.
