The Virginia Preschool Initiative (VPI) application for the 2026–2027 school year is now open! VPI offers a FREE, high-quality preschool program for eligible young learners designed to help prepare them for success in kindergarten and beyond.
If your child will be 4 years old by September 30, 2026, now is the time to apply! Space is limited and acceptance is based on eligibility criteria, so we encourage all interested families to complete the application as soon as possible.
