Instructions to Create an eGOV account (provided by License Specialist):
1. To access your file and documents, please register for an account through eGov (the link is below). DO NOT APPLY FOR AN INITIAL LICENSE.
2. You must complete the search process. When searching for your file/account, please only type your last name and full SSN.
3. Do not enter any other fields as that may hinder the search (think "less is more"). It should bring up your file to complete registration.
4. Once registration is complete, you should be able to go into your documents to view and download the information you requested.
