    Part 2 – New K-12 Student Registration

    After submitting the registration information (Part 1), an email will be sent to you with further instructions. Please follow the directions outlined in the email to complete the registration process. Please note, you must follow the directions outlined in the follow-up email to complete the registration process.

    The following documents are required for registration:

    Proof of residency (2)
    A deed, lease agreement, utility bill, bank statement.

    Proof of birth
    An original birth certificate is required for all students.

    Immunization Record
    Official documentation including dates (month, day, year) of vaccine administration.

    Social Security Number
    The child's social security number must be provided upon enrollment.

    Documentation of previous school
    Withdrawal forms from previous schools and school records and/or original transcripts are required.
